The story
Mott 32, at 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. S. in Las Vegas, serves a Cantonese-leaning Chinese menu and earned a Forbes Travel Guide recommendation in 2026. It is the first U.S. outpost of the brand, which opened in December 2018 and draws on Cantonese, Beijing and Sichuan traditions.
Designer Joyce Wang mixed Chinese culture with Las Vegas flash in the rooms. At the entrance to the dining area hangs a grand chandelier made of hundreds of metal chains and rippled glass shades. The Boom Boom Room is the playful side of the space, with a feathered chandelier, copper tiles that glow gold, and onyx panels for hide-and-seek.
The apple-roasted duck is the signature order, and it must be pre-ordered because of its long preparation. The menu also lists Iberico pluma char siu, Wagyu beef cheek and Iberico pork soup dumplings.
