The story
March, at 1624 Westheimer Road in Houston, is a Spanish and Mediterranean restaurant that earned one Michelin star in 2026 for high quality cooking. The dinner-only room has a wine list that the guide describes as interesting, and the kitchen works in defined seasons.
Each season at March explores the cooking of a single country. The current season, Season XI, is España Verde, and it closes on Saturday, July 11. Season XII turns to Portugal beginning August 7, so the menu changes with a clear theme rather than a fixed roster.
The wine list has earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence (2021). Service runs at dinner, and the restaurant offers valet parking for evening guests.
