The story
Sait is a Mediterranean seafood restaurant in Yalıkavak, Bodrum, at Yalıkavak Marina, Çökertme Caddesi No:2 D:06 Blok. Gault&Millau gave it 12.5 points in 2026. The Bodrum room opened with a few tables in 1993 and now shares its kitchen with a second branch at Galataport Istanbul.
The meal often starts with a familiar spread: sun-dried tomatoes, haydari, fava, artichoke hearts, çiroz and kopoğlu. Fresh fish from the Aegean arrives daily. Lobster and crab appear in both starters and mains, and the kitchen treats them as carefully plated dishes rather than simple grills.
The main menu also covers seafood pasta, paella, vegetable plates and red meat grills. Sait Birtan Yilmaz and his wife Ferman Yilmaz founded the restaurant, and the Yalıkavak room has contemporary architecture and a large dining floor. It suits both family dinners and business meals.
