The kitchen buys premium ingredients and cooks with cholesterol-free oils. Yogurt kebab and rice pilaf use as little butter as possible, and all meat is trimmed of fat and sinew. Dishes built on fresh seasonal vegetables are prominent on the menu. The website also features Yanya köfte, meatballs wrapped in slices of eggplant.
