The story

Yu Ting Yuan, Bangkok | Cantonese Dim Sum and Peking Duck at Four Seasons

Yu Ting Yuan is a Cantonese restaurant at 300/1 Charoen Krung Road, Sathorn, in Bangkok, and it appears in the Michelin Guide's 2026 selection as a Recommended address. The kitchen sits inside the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.

Chef and kitchen

Chef Tommy Cheung leads the cooking and presents authentic Cantonese cuisine from an open show kitchen. Guests can watch the work as it happens. The menu covers handcrafted dim sum, signature barbecue and Peking duck, with Thai influences listed among the restaurant's cuisines.

The room

Jean-Michel Gathy designed the space, and the hotel describes it as a leading Chinese restaurant in the city. Five private dining rooms seat 10 to 12 guests each, which suits family banquets and business dinners. Outdoor seating, valet parking and wheelchair access are also listed.

Wine and menus

The wine list earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence in 2024. A tasting menu and wine pairing are both available, so the list can be explored alongside the Cantonese dishes. Lunch, dinner and breakfast service are all noted.
