Handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza

The menu's seasonal highlights include agnolotti filled with veal ossobuco and Toma del Maccagno, made in the Genovese style and finished with trumpet courgette. Bigoli are made in house and served with Mediterranean blue lobster, Bronte pistachio and a mint sauce. The Neapolitan-style pizza cacio e pepe carries Sarawak peppercorn, girolle mushrooms and capocollo di Martina Franca.
