The story
Eat Me Restaurant, at 1/6 Soi Pipat 2, Convent Road in Bangkok, serves an international kitchen with brunch on Sundays. The restaurant received Michelin Recommended (2026) and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence (2025). Dining runs across three levels, with a stand-alone bar at street level and private dining on the top floor.
Head chef Tim Butler starts with ingredients and picks the most flavourful parts of each season. Dishes combine sustainably sourced components in a balanced way, and the menu draws on modern, international and regional influences. Sunday brunch runs from 11am to 5pm and follows the same kitchen approach.
Mixologist Pop Direkrittkul's Sip Some Thai list uses toasted rice, Thai anchovy and shallot alongside premium spirits. The bar also makes house-made tinctures and infusions, and the housemade chocolate vodka is a regular favourite. Last orders for kitchen and bar fall at 1am every night.
