The story
La Brasserie in Lausanne sits at Chemin de Mongevon 25 in Crissier, where the modern cuisine earned 15 points from Gault&Millau for 2026. The brasserie operates inside the Millennium business centre, and its kitchen works in a French-inspired register.
The brasserie has an open kitchen, and guests order from a large card or from set menus. Gault&Millau credits chef Michael Marini with the pâtés and terrines sold at the deli counter, which many guests take home. One reviewed meal opened with fennel-seed salami, then moved to Breton lobster with lovage oil, seared scallops, and warm Corsican clementines in a shiso sauce.
Pigeon came two ways in that same review: the breast with truffle and the leg with a pan jus, served with pommes dauphine and Jerusalem artichoke. The cheese course featured Brillat-Savarin under shaved truffle. The dessert was a vanilla and rum chocolate ring with chocolate ice cream and chestnut shards. The wine list offers many open-pour crus.
