The story
Ricard Camarena in Valencia cooks vegetable-led Valencian food at Avenida Burjassot 54, and the kitchen holds two Michelin stars for excellent cooking (2026). The Smart Green Guide also awarded it five radishes the same year.
The menu follows what the local huerta and the sea provide, so dishes change as the produce does. The restaurant describes its cooking as personal and simple in appearance, yet complicated to prepare, with techniques you taste rather than see. Guests with allergies or intolerances can ask for adaptations when booking, though the team says some severe cases cannot be accommodated.
The set menus include the Experience at 250 euros and the Menú Carta at 175 euros, where you choose a main and a dessert after three fixed starters. Wine pairing and non-alcoholic pairings are optional. The room offers a private dining option, air conditioning and wheelchair access, and a full meal usually takes two and a half to three hours.
