The story
Leartá is a contemporary restaurant at Padre Tarín 6 in Seville, and the Michelin Guide listed it as Recommended in 2026. The modern cuisine here follows a single tasting menu that changes with what Andalusian land and its growers and producers bring in.
The kitchen offers only one tasting menu, priced at 84 euros with VAT included. Courses change with the season and with what local suppliers deliver. Recent courses have included white prawn with orange blossom, boquerón with lactic whey, and tomato with manteca and mollete, a soft bread roll. Melon comes with pine and cucumber, and carrot pairs with peach.
The restaurant makes its own kombuchas, sold at 6 euros each in cinnamon and ginger, cacao and mint, or lemon and oregano. The wine list is extensive, with Champagne from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs, Spanish sparkling wines, and a full sherry section that runs from fino and manzanilla through amontillado and oloroso to palo cortado. The We're Smart Green Guide awards Leartá one Radish for 2026.
Leartá describes itself as a meeting place for Andalusian crafts, where accent, hands and manners shape the food and drink. The restaurant has a private room for groups and offers wheelchair access.
