The story
Cinc Sentits is a contemporary restaurant at Entença 60 in Barcelona's Eixample district, where chef Jordi Artal cooks modern Catalan food. The Michelin Guide awarded it 2 stars in 2026 for excellent cooking.
Jordi Artal builds the menu around modern interpretations of Catalan cuisine. The tasting menu changes with the seasons, and no principal ingredient appears twice in the same meal. Each course arrives on its own, so the pace stays unhurried.
The spring selection lists bluefin tuna belly, white asparagus, foie gras and smoked trout, followed by wagyu, sea bass, venison and oxtail. Cauliflower comes with wood sorrel, and the sequence closes with white chocolate and pine nuts. A Light Menu is offered at 189€, and the full Tasting at 219€.
The restaurant has a Dining Room for 1 to 4 guests, a Chef's Table for 2 to 9, and a Private Room for 10 to 40. The Chef's Table is a private space with a view into the kitchen, and its all-inclusive price depends on group size. Guests who do not eat seafood cannot be accommodated there, and there is no vegetarian or vegan option.
The optional wine pairing uses only Catalan and Spanish wines from small, boutique producers. The bottles focus on heirloom and local grape varieties, and each is chosen for the course it accompanies.
