The story

Beijing duck is served with its traditional condiments. Steamed live abalone arrives with glass noodles and garlic sauce. The signature course menu, Chef's Taste of Harmony, changes with the seasons. To celebrate the new star, the Essence Degustation offers seven signature Cantonese dishes.
The dining room takes its cue from Shanghai in the 1920s. A private room is available for groups and families. The wine program earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence in 2023.
