Chef and cooking style

Head chef Przemysław Sieradzki, who comes from Kraków, builds a seasonal menu that combines highland flavours with French and international elements. Guests can also choose one of three tasting menus: Classic, Seasonal or Vegan.

Room and service

The kitchen sits on the ground floor behind glass walls, so diners can watch the chef before going up to the bright upper-floor dining room. Large windows face the Tatra Mountains, and tables open on the terrace in summer. Wine Spectator gave the restaurant an Award of Excellence in 2025, and the sommelier advises on a pairing for each dish.
