The story
Dyletanci is a modern cuisine restaurant at Koszykowa 47 in Warsaw, and Gault&Millau scored it 14.5 for 2026. The kitchen starts with the ingredient, and the dining room suits a business lunch, a dinner with friends or a quiet evening for two.
Rafał Hreczaniuk leads the kitchen, and his sous chef Artur Ogrodziński has worked alongside him since the restaurant opened. Much of the produce comes from their own farm in Magnuszew, near Warsaw, where Ogrodziński grows vegetables. The menu follows the seasons and leans toward light fish and vegetables. Ogrodziński also makes charcuterie in a traditional Italian style and oversees it from start to finish.
Gault&Millau singles out labrax with green beans and summer truffle, curry lobster with zucchini blossom, and wagyu beef with wild broccoli. The à la carte menu also lists turbot with white asparagus and mussels, and a risotto finished with black truffle. A lunch menu runs from midday to 3 PM, and a tasting menu is served in the evening.
The dining room uses muted tones, natural wood and warm lamplight. Glassware comes from Zalto, the ceramics are handmade, and the walls show work by Polish graphic artists. The wine list holds more than 1,100 labels, most from biodynamic estates, with over 30 wines by the glass and close to 70 Champagnes. Non-alcoholic pairings are also available.
