The story
L’Entre Villes is a French restaurant at Aleja Niepodległości 737 in Sopot, listed as Michelin Recommended for 2026. The kitchen works in the French tradition with Polish produce, and the dining rooms sit inside a century-old villa.
Chef Sławomir Hahn leads the kitchen, which draws on European traditions and local ingredients. Gault&Millau scored the restaurant 11 points for 2026, describing refined classics that are precisely composed and carefully plated. The restaurant opened in 2014.
Foie gras comes with fig and brioche, and the venison tartare is served with shallot, smoked egg yolk and saffron milk cap mushrooms. Duck breast with plum and red cabbage is one of the dishes most often recommended. The tasting menu is priced at 390 zł per person, and a wine pairing is available at 260 zł.
The villa has crystal chandeliers and classical stucco, with contemporary art on the walls. In summer the glazed orangery is the brightest space, and a garden of flowers and plants surrounds the building. A cigar lounge and a wine cellar sit alongside four banquet rooms that seat up to 200 guests, which suits weddings, business meetings and private dinners.
