The story
Nolet's Vistro, at Burgemeester Sinkelaan 6 in Yerseke, is a seafood restaurant that Gault&Millau scored 12.5 in 2026. The room has air conditioning, outdoor seating and space for private parties.
The seafood kitchen cooks what the Oosterschelde and Zeeland produce. The restaurant's own description names perfectly cooked Zeeland mussels, Dutch shrimp with cocktail sauce and crab legs. Local oysters, lobster and fresh fish sit at the center of the menu, and the lobster soup has been a house classic for years.
Chef Danny Nolet makes the mayonnaise in-house and smokes the eel and salmon himself. Hostess Rajenne Nolet and her team run the dining room, and many guests return for the personal welcome.
