The story
OH30 is a modern cuisine restaurant at Oude Hushoverweg 30 in Weert, set inside the Wilhelmus-Hubertus mill from 1904. Gault&Millau awarded it 13 points in 2026, and Michelin lists it as Recommended for the same year.
The mill was restored between 2012 and 2014 before Emile and Elvira Maessen opened the doors in late November 2014. Chef Emile Maessen and his wife receive guests in a rustic, well-kept room that still reflects the building's past as a working mill.
The Experience menu follows the products of the moment, so the dishes change with the season. Guests sit in a comfortable space with a view of the kitchen, where the modern interior meets the old elements of the mill. Outdoor seating is available.
