The story
Reblochon is a modern French restaurant at Kerkstraat 45 in Haaren, in the Tilburg area, and the Michelin Guide listed it as Recommended in 2026.
Jurgen Bosmans is the son of a chef and trained classically, then worked in several starred kitchens. He cooks for balance and pure flavour, without flourishes. Meat, fish, vegetables and cheeses are fresh and local, and he grows the herbs in the restaurant's own garden. The kitchen is classed as Asian fusion alongside modern French, and his flavours, as his wife Elise puts it, reach beyond France. The restaurant is named after his favourite cheese, made in the Haute-Savoie.
The seasonal menu runs from four courses at €60 to six courses at €92.50, and the longer versions can include a signature course. Cheese can replace dessert for €10 extra. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, a "Weekbreak" surprise menu of three or four courses (€59.50 and €71.50) comes with an aperitif, two glasses of house wine and coffee or tea. Aperitif bites include Pata Negra ham and wild Zeeland oysters.
Elise Bosmans is hostess and sommelier. She looks after the wine list, which covers classic and new world bottles, and a wine pairing is available with the menu. Gault&Millau scored the restaurant 13 in 2026 and describes a cozy, living room style dining room set in the greenery between Oisterwijk, Tilburg and Vught. A landscaped garden terrace looks out over Haaren.
