The story
A-Fusion at Zeedijk 130 in Amsterdam serves Asian fusion cuisine, and the Michelin Bib Gourmand it received in 2026 recognises its good-quality, good-value cooking. The restaurant has operated in the city since 2003.
Sushi is prepared right at the front, so guests can watch the chefs at work. Further in, a grill station, a dim sum kitchen and a wok kitchen cover the rest of the menu. Sharing is customary but optional, and a cold Tsingtao beer is a common companion to the plates.
The narrow, long dining room has a modern Asian look and is usually full of local and international guests. Owner Wah Wah Lin oversees the restaurant, which also has sister locations in Volendam, Naarden, Baarn and Loosdrecht. At Loosdrecht, chef Li-Li runs a separate weekend omakase lunch, but the Amsterdam kitchen works from the regular menu.
