The story
Blue Bay Marcel Ravin is a Creole-Mediterranean restaurant at 40 avenue Princesse-Grace in Monaco. It holds two Michelin stars for 2026, recognised for excellent cooking, and its kitchen draws on the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
Chef Marcel Ravin grew up in Martinique, and that island runs through his plates alongside Mediterranean produce. The menu is built around the seasons and changes as his inspiration shifts. Diners get a Caribbean base with Mediterranean finishes, rather than a single regional style.
Vegetables come from the organic kitchen garden of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, and the fish follows the Mr Goodfish sourcing charter. The restaurant also holds 4 Radishes in the Green Guide for 2026. Guests can book a table with ocean views or on the outdoor terrace.
