The story
Sushi Yuki is a Japanese sushi counter at 5-17-4 Hiro, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and it holds one Michelin star (2026) for high quality cooking. The kitchen works in the omakase format, so guests eat what the chef prepares on the day.
The restaurant has nine seats, all at a single counter. Courses follow the seasonal ingredients, so prices shift with what is available. Gault&Millau gave it 15.5 in 2026. Guests under 18 are not admitted, and children must be able to eat the same course as adults.
Three menus are offered: a lunch nigiri omakase, a full omakase course, and a second-seating course at dinner. Prices are per person including tax, and a separate service charge applies. Outside alcohol is not permitted, and guests are asked to avoid strong perfume or cologne.
