The room and the wine

The name combines marge, the French word for margin, and merge, the English word for combine. The website describes the room through ash-tree leaves, quiet earthen walls and scattered light. Sommelier Yasuhide Tobita joined in 2024, and the restaurant offers wine pairing alongside an interesting wine list.
