The story
Quadri is a modern Italian restaurant at p.zza San Marco, 121 in Venice, and it holds one Michelin star, awarded in 2026. It is one of several Alajmo group restaurants on the square, alongside Grancaffè Quadri and Bistrot Quadrino.
The restaurant belongs to the Alajmo group, whose chef, Massimiliano Alajmo, is listed on the group's website. Gambero Rosso gave Quadri two forks in 2022. Raffaele Alajmo, the group's maître des lieux, has said that attention to detail makes all the difference, and that principle shapes the front of house as much as the plate.
Lunch and dinner are served with table service. The room is air-conditioned, and there is outdoor seating on the square. The restaurant also hosts private parties and events, and it carries an interesting wine list. Takeaway is available.
