The story
Al Persef in Livigno, Italy, is a modern cuisine restaurant at via Saroch 1272, and it earned a Michelin Recommended listing for 2026.
Chef Attilio Galli builds the menu around Alpine ingredients and Oriental flavours. The kitchen calls itself a laboratory of taste, open to experiments but rooted in the Alps. Three tasting paths organise the meal, and the balance of flavours and textures carries each course.
The restaurant occupies one wing of the Hotel Sporting Family Hospitality, a four-star building of wood and glass. Seven tables and twenty covers keep the room small. The Green Guide gave it 4 Radishes in 2026, and the modern cuisine here is built for an unhurried evening.
