Cook the Mountain at the table

Chef Norbert Niederkofler returned to his roots after years of travel, and sustainability and local sourcing became the basis of his cooking. AlpiNN is the home of his Cook the Mountain philosophy. The kitchen works with small producers and breeders, whom the restaurant calls artisans of the territory. The We're Smart Green Guide gave it 2 Radishes in 2026.

A living room in the mountains

Designer Martino Gamper shaped the space to feel like a living room rather than a classic restaurant. Guests can eat at the counter or outside, and wine pairing is on offer. The water is mineralized locally with magnesium and silicate, in keeping with the focus on natural flavors.
