The story
Restaurant Linslerstube in Saarlouis serves fusion and Mediterranean cuisine at Linslerhof, 66802 Überherrn. The 2026 Schlemmer Atlas awarded it two Kochlöffel.
The kitchen cooks with seasonal produce from the surrounding region. Rack of lamb, fish and game appear on the menu, and the fusion kitchen changes with the seasons. A recent Christmas menu listed seared scallop with smoked salmon, venison loin under a walnut crust with cranberry jus, and a cinnamon parfait with apple compote.
The dining room is rustic-elegant and sits in a former horse stable. An open fireplace anchors the room. Friends, families and business partners gather here over a cold beer or a glass of regional wine.
The beer garden is open all year when the weather is fine, shaded by chestnut trees. Riders, hikers and hotel guests come for a Brotzeit, grilled dishes, or coffee and cake. A small grill hut seats eight to ten people for private gatherings.
