The story
Tim's Kitchen sits at Friedrichstrasse 22 inside Werners Boutique Hotel in Fürth, where a Fusion kitchen cooks entirely à la carte. Der Feinschmecker gave it 3 F in 2026, and the menu still runs on the same idea: concentrated flavour from top-quality ingredients.
Tim Reinwald runs the kitchen. He came to professional cooking late, in 2016, without a formal apprenticeship. Taste comes first for him, ahead of appearance. His main influences are Japanese and French cooking, and travels to Tokyo, Chicago and Paris keep the menu moving.
The Iberico Tonnato is the dish the reviewers picked as their favourite. Rosy-cooked Bellota pork neck meets Balfegó tuna under a tonnato sauce, with fried capers, an airy mayonnaise and a dashi broth that adds a deep umami note. The menu offers five starters that work as mains and three desserts.
The room mixes lounge and Mediterranean restaurant, with muted colours and a long, deep black bar counter. The wine list holds around 100 international organic wines with a strong Spanish focus. Tim's mother, Ilva-Maria Reinwald, leads the service and selects the wines.
