Do ichi is a Japanese restaurant at Königstr. 132 in Fürth, and the Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 1 Kochlöffel for 2026. The kitchen covers sushi, bento boxes and hot main courses, and it delivers too.
The lunch menu runs Tuesday to Friday, 11:30 to 14:00. Baked chicken in coconut sauce with vegetables and rice costs 10.90 €, and a chicken or salmon bowl is the same price. The sushi mix (salmon maki, avocado maki and two salmon nigiri) is 10.50 €. The restaurant introduced these offers in November 2025.
