The Schlemmer Atlas singles out the ravioli stuffed with beetroot, which the restaurant serves in melted butter with poppy seed. The guide describes the fish and meat specialties as equally impressive. Other pasta on the menu includes tortelli filled with four cheeses, served in parmesan cream, and grilled sea bass with spinach and lemon oil.
