The story
Friedrichs Brasserie, at Reichenaustrasse 17 in Konstanz, runs a French brasserie kitchen that holds 2.5 Kochlöffel in the Schlemmer Atlas 2026. The restaurant sits within Hotel 47° and serves French, regional and international brasserie cuisine on the Seerhein promenade.
Philipp Helfrich leads the kitchen, and years of travel shaped his style. The evening menu pairs modern classics with seasonal dishes and international specialities. He cooks for flavour that stays in the memory.
The large terrace looks out over the Seerhein and the city skyline. Inside, a lounge area and a well-regarded bar offer a quieter pace. Bar chef Lasha Egadze builds drinks from house-made syrups and essences, combined with fine spirits.
