The story
bellasLOKAL serves modern German cooking at Langstraße 15, with the address printed as Bad Soden am Taunus, 65812. The Michelin Guide listed the restaurant as Recommended in 2026, and its kitchen works with seasonal dishes and regional organic ingredients.
Isabelle Pering owns the restaurant and cooks in its kitchen. She spent several years in starred kitchens before opening her own place, and her cooking centres on the flavours of her home region. The Schlemmer Atlas gave the restaurant three Kochlöffel for 2026 and noted that she serves up to seven courses, with house-baked bread among them.
The menu changes monthly and follows the season, so individual dishes can shift at short notice. Pork comes from Biohof May, chicken from Biohof Odefey & Töchter, and beef from Der Vogelsberg in Romrod. Fruit comes from the orchards around the restaurant, where apples, pears, quinces, plums and nuts grow. Vegetables come from Gemüsehof Reinheimer in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg, and drinks are chosen for organic and sustainable production.
White walls and an open kitchen shape the dining room, so guests can watch the cooking as it happens. Outdoor seating is available. The restaurant describes itself as a place where the team is young and the service is warm, with a focus on attention to detail.
