Restaurant AVUS, Ingolstadt: Mediterranean Fine Dining at Audi Forum

Restaurant AVUS at Auto-Union-Straße 1 in Ingolstadt serves Mediterranean and world cuisine in a fine dining setting. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 2,5 Kochlöffel in 2026.

The kitchen and its menu

The current AVUS menu was developed by star chef Stefan Meier together with Thomas Pöferlein. The Schlemmer Atlas singles out the steaks and the sea bass. Falstaff, the wine and gourmet magazine, also speaks well of the restaurant. A set lunch menu and vegetarian dishes are part of the offer too.

A dining room in steel and glass

AVUS sits inside the Audi Forum Ingolstadt, a modern building of steel and glass. Some guests come to collect a new car, others simply to look at the automobiles. Upstairs, three private rooms that can be extended and the Wintergarten conference room with banquet service handle events and meetings.

Wednesdays and the bar

From 3 June 2026, Wednesday is "Dinner for Two": three courses from the AVUS Signature menu for 89 euros per couple. The Bar & Lounge pours a different drink each day at a special price, except on evenings with jazz or piano programmes. Summer Flames, a grill evening on the terrace, is scheduled for 29 August 2026.
