The story
ElbUferei Restaurant & Bar at Leipziger Str. 29 in Dresden is an Asian restaurant on the Elbe that earned two Kochlöffel in the Schlemmer Atlas 2026. The kitchen works with fresh regional produce, and the menu moves between classic dishes and Asian interpretations.
