The story
der allerKrug is a traditional inn at Alte Dorfstraße 14 in Celle, where country cooking earned 2.5 Kochlöffel from the Schlemmer Atlas in 2026.
Herr Hütten runs the kitchen, and Frau Tiecke-Hütten looks after hospitality and table culture. The breads are baked in house from wheat and rye flours, and Hütten's Handwerk products are made without preservatives. Guests with food intolerances are asked to speak with her or the service team, so the kitchen can adapt.
The Schlemmer Atlas singles out goose liver parfait, truffled veal carpaccio and a classic Wiener schnitzel. The menu reaches beyond regional cooking into international dishes, and vegetarian options are available. Michelin also lists the inn as Recommended for 2026. Outdoor seating and parking are on site.
