The story
Panorama-Restaurant sits inside Burg Windeck at Kappelwindeckstr. 104 in Bühl, where the kitchen cooks Fusion, Greek and Mediterranean food in a castle with more than 800 years of history. Schlemmer Atlas awarded the restaurant 2 Kochlöffel in 2026.
The buildings wrap around a tower ruin on a vineyard hill in the northern Black Forest, and the views reach across the Rhine Valley. The guide singles out the outdoor area as one of the restaurant's strongest features. Guests can also book the castle for private celebrations or corporate events.
