The story
Restaurant del bosco is an Italian trattoria at Parkallee 299 in Bremen, and the Schlemmer Atlas 2026 awarded it one Kochlöffel. It sits inside the MUNTE wellness hotel at the edge of the Stadtwald forest, where the Italian kitchen serves a set lunch menu at midday and dinner in the evening.
The menu follows the classics of Italian cooking: pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes, antipasti and salads. Dolci close the meal. The cooking stays close to the trattoria tradition, so the dishes feel familiar rather than experimental.
