The story
VOX Restaurant sits at Marlene-Dietrich-Platz 2 in Berlin, a short walk from Potsdamer Platz, and runs a modern Japanese kitchen alongside a European à la carte. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 2.5 Kochlöffel for 2026, and the Michelin Guide lists it as Recommended for the same year.
Sushi and modern European cooking share the same menu. The Schlemmer Atlas notes sushi creations, bowl dishes and a lobster foam soup. The lobster bisque arrives with lobster tail and lobster butter, while the pan-seared pike perch is served on Fregola Sarda with tomatoes and parmesan.
The room is modern, with a large bar area and an open kitchen where guests can watch the cooks at work. Vegetarian options appear throughout the menu. A truffled tagliatelle finished with parmesan is one, and a soy eggplant with tahini yogurt and taboulé is another. The restaurant is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible.
The apple and almond cake comes with chocolate ganache, green apple and vanilla ice cream. The crème brûlée is served with mango sorbet. A wine pairing is offered alongside the signature menu.
