The story
fine.wine.dine. is a wine bar and gourmet food shop at Rheinbrückstraße 27 in Bad Säckingen, close to the old wooden bridge over the Rhine. Its Mediterranean kitchen earned a Michelin Guide recommendation in 2026.
Owner Jonathan Hashem Zehi worked in top-end restaurants and hotels before opening here, including Seehotel Ketsch, Möbius lebensmittel.punkt in Schwetzingen and Schwarzwaldhotel Adler Häusern. Food, wine and spirits from chosen producers form the base of the place. The tone is relaxed and family-run, and the evening cooking puts the product first.
At night a single menu runs three to five courses. Trout with horseradish comes early, followed by turbot with celery, apple and beurre rouge, then Iberico pluma with leek and almond. Burnt cream with blood orange closes it. The Schlemmer Atlas gave 2.5 Kochlöffel in 2026 and singles out the turbot and sea bass, served in two courses.
Midday dishes change daily and stay seasonal and grounded, such as wild mushroom risotto or sea bass with taglierini. Alongside the dining room, the fine-food counter sells fish, meat, wine and spirits to take home.
