The story

Alberico Penati trained under Angelo Paracucchi at the Carpaccio of the Royal Monceau in Paris. The Michelin Guide lists the restaurant as Recommended for 2026. The dining room is warm and contemporary, with a terrace facing Les Invalides and a wine list of more than 350 references.
Warm langoustines come with tomato marinade and crushed bread. The Parma ham is aged 28 months and served with cantaloupe. Fresh green tagliatelle arrive with pheasant ragù and white Alba truffle, and the house-made ice cream is made with Piedmont hazelnuts.
