The story
Le Florimond, at 19 avenue de La Motte-Picquet in Paris, cooks terroir cuisine with a modern turn and is listed as Michelin Recommended for 2026. The kitchen has worked with seasonal produce since 1993.
The menu pairs family recipes with lighter ideas. Stuffed cabbage follows the recipe of a grandmother named Franceline, and sea trout arrives with a tomatillo salsa verde. Corrèze duck confit comes with sweet potato ketchup, and braised beef cheek is cooked in cuttlefish ink. The lemon and verbena soufflé must be ordered at the start of the meal.
The menu names its suppliers, including a charcuterie from Marcillac la Croisille and cheeses from La Laiterie la Chapelle in Paris 18e. The restaurant also holds 2 Radishes from the We're Smart Green Guide (2026). Lunch costs 33€ for three courses or 27€ for two.
