The story

Mori Venice Bar, Venetian Restaurant on Rue Vivienne, Paris

Mori Venice Bar, at 27 rue Vivienne in Paris, runs a Venetian kitchen that earned two forks from Gambero Rosso in 2026. The Michelin Guide lists it as a recommended address for the same year.

Venetian cooking and small producers

Massimo Mori opened the restaurant in 2006, with a menu built as a tribute to the gastronomy of the City of the Doges. It belongs to the Unioni Ristoranti Buon Ricordo association. Much of the produce comes from small family producers in Italy, bought through short circuits to keep origin and season intact. The restaurant is also a member of Ethic Ocean.

Starck interior and Friday jazz

Philippe Starck designed the interior. The street sits a short walk from the Stock Exchange district, so weekday lunches often draw a business crowd. On Fridays a jazz duo plays through dinner. Private events, including art and fashion occasions, are also held in the room.
