The story
Le George, at 31 Ave. George V in Paris, is a modern Italian restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel George V, and it holds one Michelin star (2026) for high quality cooking. The Italian and Mediterranean menus sit alongside a wine list that earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence in 2023.
Chef Simone Zanoni has run the kitchen since September 2016, after years at Gordon Ramsay restaurants. His Mediterranean cooking draws on the coast between the French Riviera and northern Italy, giving classic dishes a fresh perspective. Guests can choose from à la carte, tasting, lunch, vegetarian and vegan menus.
Oversized windows look onto a marble courtyard, and a 7-metre conservatory fills the dining room with natural light. A contemporary artwork by Junior Fritz Jacquet was chosen to suit the vaulted ceiling. Fresh flowers add to the welcoming atmosphere, and locals come for both lunch and dinner.
