The story
La Table de Colette serves modern cuisine at 17 rue Laplace in Paris, and the Michelin Guide listed it as Recommended in 2026.
The kitchen cooks to set menus of three, five or seven courses, and the three-course version is offered at lunch only. Each length comes with a sommelier pairing of food and drinks. A seven-course Valentine's menu built around truffle named its producers: butternut squash from the Ferme Saint-Maurice in Plouhan, Brittany, and a woodland course of mushrooms and chestnuts from Philippe Gilloots.
The restaurant keeps a dedicated eco-responsibility page on its site, and the We're Smart Green Guide awarded it 4 Radishes in 2026. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets are accommodated, and a terrace offers outdoor seating alongside the dining room.
