The story
Alléno Paris au Pavillon Ledoyen, at 8 Avenue Dutuit in Paris, holds three Michelin stars in the 2026 guide. Yannick Alléno runs this French haute cuisine restaurant on the first floor of the Pavillon Ledoyen, in the tree-lined square of the Champs-Élysées.
Alléno took over the Pavillon Ledoyen in 2014 and earned three stars seven months after opening. His Cuisine Moderne begins with Escoffier's fundamentals and puts the sauce first. Extractions® update classic sauces, and fermentation brings in the terroir. The World's 50 Best ranked the restaurant 25th in 2019.
The dining room is grand but feels intimate. Its ornate woodwork is classed as a historic monument. Canvases designed by the artist Kostia and made by the Montex workshops add to the room's discretion.
Before a guest arrives, the team gets in touch to learn about their wishes and the occasion. Together they build a dedicated menu. The tasting Collection starts at 330 euros, with wine pairings offered at several levels, and a black truffle menu is also on the card.
