The story
SaQuaNa, at 22 place Hamelin in Honfleur, is a Japanese kitchen that also cooks in a modern register. The Michelin Bib Gourmand (2026) recognises its "good quality, good value cooking," and Le Fooding listed it in its Best Table Guide in 2007.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is priced at 14 euros. Lunch runs on set menus between 24 and 40 euros, while dinner is ordered from the à la carte. The menus on the website are examples, so the current offer may differ.
A separate bakery and pastry shop operates on cours Jean de Vienne. Its breads and viennoiseries are also sold at the restaurant's bread counter when the shop is closed.
