The story
Les Impressionnistes is the restaurant of La Ferme Saint Siméon, at 20 rue Adolphe-Marais in Honfleur, France. The modern cuisine here has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction (2026) and a 1 Radish rating in the We're Smart Green Guide (2026), served in a 17th-century farm inn on the heights above the estuary.
The menu changes with the seasons and with what arrives from local suppliers. The bistro-style room offers a set lunch menu, while vegetarian and vegan dishes are available alongside the main carte. A wine list designed for food pairing accompanies each course.
The room opens onto the estuary and the gardens, and the light shifts across the water through the day. In warmer months, guests can take a table on the riverside terrace. Private rooms and a chef's table suit small groups and private occasions.
