The story
Geranium, at Per Henrik Lings Allé 4 in Copenhagen, cooks contemporary New Nordic food and holds three Michelin stars in the 2026 guide. The restaurant occupies the eighth floor over Fælledparken, so the tree crowns sit level with the windows and the seasons register in the view.
The dining room looks across the park toward the city's green copper roofs and, on a clear day, the windmills of Øresund. The fireplace table seats up to four guests on high counter stools and overlooks the whole room. The Inspiration Kitchen has an open kitchen and a wine cellar, seats up to 16, and is used for private dinners and events.
The kitchen describes its cooking as lucid, light and dynamic, and its Summer Universe menu runs for at least three hours at 4,400 DKK. Wine pairings range from 2,300 DKK for the Heart & Soil selection to 20,000 DKK for Rare & Unique, with a non-alcoholic pairing also available. The wine list earned a Wine Spectator Grand Award in 2016.
