The dinner menu changes as Frank Parhizgar finds new ingredients. His cooking builds on French classics with a modern Canadiana twist. The kitchen makes most things in house and sources local produce where it can. Vegetarian options are available with advance notice, and a tasting menu requires booking at least 24 hours ahead.
Wine Spectator awarded FK its Best of Award of Excellence in 2024. The list runs to about 400 labels, from familiar favourites to small-production bottles and rarer collectables. A Coravin lets the team pour high-end wines by the glass.
