The story
Annette bar à vin, at 4051 Rue Molson in Montréal, serves modern Canadian cooking alongside a wine-focused bar program. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand in 2026 for good-quality, good-value cooking.
Chef and owner Marc-André Jetté leads the kitchen. The restaurant describes its approach as a cuisine de partage, or cooking meant for sharing. Groups of 9 to 22 can book a set menu, while parties of 1 to 8 are seated in the classic format.
Hugo Duchesne directs the sommelier team, and Wine Spectator gave the restaurant a Best of Award of Excellence in 2024. Olivier designs the cocktails around ingredient, texture and season, working with the kitchen on each serve. The private room holds 50 guests banquet-style or 60 for a cocktail reception.
