The story
Les Gribaumonts is a French restaurant at rue d'Havré 95 in Mons, Belgium, where Gault&Millau awarded a score of 14.5 in 2026. Chef Lisa Calcus and sommelier Nicolas Campus run the dining room together, a few steps from the Grand-Place.
Lisa Calcus has cooked inventive French dishes here since 1993, pairing subtle flavours with well-sourced ingredients. The kitchen uses ultra-fresh, seasonal, organic and local produce, and most vegetables come from the Folies Maraîchères, a regional organic farm. Gault&Millau singled out the baby monkfish with broad beans, finished with a creamy fumet. Guests with allergies, vegetarian diets or other needs can note them when booking.
The set menus run from three to five services, with the three-course Menu Plaisir at 57 euros and the four-course Gourmet at 74 euros. Wine pairings can be added to each menu. The Menu Plaisir is not served on Saturdays. On Tuesdays, the Mardis Vins evenings bring themed tastings, such as cool-climate vineyards, to the table.
